Job Description

Join our team as a Cable Assembler where you will be responsible for assembling cable assemblies on the production floor. You will read blueprints, follow work instructions, and utilize various hand tools to complete your tasks. You will also have the opportunity to make minor adjustments to production equipment, suggest improvements, and occasionally train other operators.

ResponsibilitiesMake minor adjustments and set up production equipment with proper training.Utilize various hand tools in the assembly process.Suggest improvements for continuous workflow enhancement.Assemble kits according to work instructions (WI).Occasionally train other operators on assigned skillsets.Audit assembly operations against applicable work procedures.Essential SkillsAbility to regularly sit, stand, use hands, and reach.Ability to lift and move up to 10lbs Reliable attendance and punctuality.Ability to adapt and learn quickly.Vision abilities including close vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00
