Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Production Workers to join our team on the 3rd shift from 11 PM to 7 AM. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling small components, operating machinery, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations. This is an entry-level position suitable for individuals who can either sit or stand for extended periods while performing repetitive tasks.
ResponsibilitiesAssemble components at designated stations.Operate machinery by following lock-out procedures and other safety rules.Ensure compliance with all safety regulations.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Assist team members as needed.Essential Skills6 months of recent manufacturing or production experience.Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.High School Diploma or equivalent.Ability to stand or sit for 8 hours.Strong communication skills.Good attendance and reliable transportation.Additional Skills & QualificationsAttention to detail.General labor and mechanical assembly experience.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
This position is available on multiple shifts: 1st shift from 7 AM to 3 PM, 2nd shift from 3 PM to 11 PM, and 3rd shift from 11 PM to 7 AM. The 3rd shift runs Monday night through Thursday night. You will be required to wear a lab coat and hair net in the clean room, and adhere to strict safety and cleanliness guidelines. The facility is climate-controlled and offers both paid and unpaid breaks, with a focus on maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00
