**Job Title: Assembly**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and mechanically inclined individual to join our team as an Assembly worker. The ideal candidate will have experience using a tape measure and power tools and must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. This role requires you to work from blueprints and use hand tools to assemble steel parts and sub-assemblies.
Schedule Monday - Friday 6am - 2:30pm
**Responsibilities**
+ Assemble and fit steel parts according to blueprints.
+ Use hand tools and power tools to assemble fittings and make sub-assemblies.
+ Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, or production manuals.
+ Use measuring tools and perform basic shop math.
+ Maintain effective communication and ensure attention to detail in all tasks.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience using a tape measure.
+ Proficiency with power tools (saw, drill, etc.).
+ Ability to lift 50 pounds.
+ Ability to read blueprints and production manuals.
+ Basic math skills.
+ Detail-oriented and mechanically inclined.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Previous experience in a production environment.
+ Experience with material handling and forklift operation.
+ Good communication skills.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
