**Job Title: Assembler - Spiral Doors** **Job Description** We are looking for dedicated Assemblers to join our team in building high-speed automatic industrial spiral doors from the ground up. Each door is slightly customized for each customer, requiring attention to detail and precision. Assemblers work in teams in cells and are supported by overhead cranes and lifting platforms to facilitate the assembly process. **Responsibilities** + Build and assemble spiral doors according to customized specifications. + Read and interpret blueprints and prints. + Utilize various hand and power tools, including drill punch, grinder, heat gun, and impact drill. + Lift up to 50 lbs as needed. + Perform basic math calculations and measure parts accurately. + Stand for the entire shift and work on your feet. + Participate in cross-training across all areas of assembly. **Essential Skills** + 6 months of experience using hand and power tools. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Basic math skills, including fractions. + Ability to read and use a ruler accurately. + Capability to lift up to 50 lbs. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Familiarity with industrial assembly processes. + Experience working in a team-oriented environment. **Why Work Here?** We offer a supportive and team-oriented work environment with opportunities for cross-training and skill development. The work environment is not climate-controlled, but it remains comfortable due to minimal heat generation from machinery. The hours are from 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, with 1st shift running from 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM and 2nd shift from 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM, Monday through Thursday. Overtime is optional and available. Dress code is casual and practical for the assembly work performed. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
