The ideal candidate will be comfortable working on their feet for the entirety of their shift, able to work well with others, and willing to be cross-trained in various areas. This role involves working on a mini production line processing modems, contributing to the increased output of our weekend shifts. **Responsibilities** + Receiving and documenting incoming modems + Performing factory resets by manually pressing a button + Conducting automatic tests by plugging in up to 32 units to determine necessary repairs + Performing Wi-Fi tests + Conducting elevated temperature tests + Cleaning modems cosmetically + Repairing cosmetic issues + In-process quality control (IPQC) + Kitting modems + Packing out and building pallets for shipment + Shipping completed kits **Essential Skills** + Strong attention to detail + Comfortable being on their feet for the entirety of the day + Ability to work well with others + Willingness to be cross-trained in various areas + Hand dexterity + Punctuality **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in assembly, packing, retail, repair, refurbishing, stock management, quality inspection, soldering, test equipment usage, RF scanner operation, computer skills, blueprint reading, power tool usage, and general labor **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic team at a brand new facility designed specifically for our operations.
