**Assembly & Repair Technician (Full-Time)**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Assembly Technician to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling components, electrical wiring and testing complete sewing units according to product requirements. This position requires excellent mechanical aptitude.
**Key Responsibility**
+ Assembly of machines and complete sewing units for customer orders
+ Wiring of electrical components to complete the sewing units.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues during the production process.
+ Final testing of product before packing and sending to the customer.
+ Evaluate and repair machines sent in by customers.
+ Eventually, we would like this position to expand into a field support person for installing new equipment and travel to the field to troubleshoot installed equipment. As well as phone support for the customers.
**Requirements and** **Qualifications:**
+ High level of mechanical ability including use of hand tools and power tools
+ Electrical wiring and motor knowledge a plus
+ Strong attention to detail and precision
+ Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under minimal supervision
+ Ability to work in a team environment
+ Capable to lift and move heavy objects (25-50lbs.)
+ Ability to stand, bend and perform daily tasks for extended periods
+ Comfortable talking to outside customers about setups and troubleshooting.
+ Fluent in English and Spanish a plus
+ Salary $45,000/year
