Assembly and Repair Technician

Our Client, a leading manufacturer for over 140 years, is seeking a **detail-oriented and skilled Assembly Technician** to join their production team. This role involves assembling components, electrical wiring, and testing complete units to meet product requirements. The ideal candidate will have **strong mechanical aptitude** and problem-solving skills.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Assemble **machines and complete units** for customer orders.
+ Wire **electrical components** to complete the units.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve **assembly issues** during production.
+ Perform **final testing** before packing and shipping to customers.
+ Evaluate and **repair machines** sent in by customers.
+ Potential future responsibilities include:
+ **Field support** for installing new equipment.
+ **On-site troubleshooting** of installed equipment.
+ **Phone support** for customer inquiries and setups.
**Qualifications & Requirements:**
+ Strong **mechanical aptitude** , including proficiency with **hand and power tools** .
+ Electrical wiring and **motor knowledge** is a plus.
+ High attention to **detail and precision** .
+ Ability to troubleshoot and **work independently** with minimal supervision.
+ Team-oriented mindset and **strong communication skills** .
+ Ability to **lift and move** heavy objects (25-50 lbs).
+ Comfortable standing, bending, and performing **repetitive tasks** for extended periods.
+ **Customer interaction skills** for setup and troubleshooting assistance.
+ **Fluent in English** (Spanish proficiency is a plus).

**Pay Details:** $40,000.00 to $45,000.00 per year
