Job Description:

Manage all test engineering activities at subcontractor test sites, drive test process standardization and improve site capabilities and capacitiesDebug production test program and hardware for mass productionSupport production in wafer sort and package test, aggressive test time reduction (TTR), test yield improvement, customer return analysis and quality conformance

Basic Requirements

Minimum a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, or other equivalent field.At least 3-5 years of relevant experienceFamiliar with Advantest 93K PS1600 tester platform and programming skillsKnowledge in software programming - Unix, C or Perl
