Summary: Seeking an Assembly Area Manager with automotive experience to oversee daily operations and drive continuous improvement in a high-volume, non-union assembly plant.

Job Requirements:

3 years in automotive operations

Previous supervisory/management experience

Experience with Microsoft Office and applicable applications

Excellent people/communication skills

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate all activities for the Assembly Departments

Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and Production Control Departments

Meet production requirements while minimizing overtime

Address associate and production issues promptly, fostering an open-door policy

Drive continuous improvement and cost reductions with minimal supervision

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
