Job Description:

Location: Oxford, Connecticut

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Assembly Associates for a local manufacturing company within Oxford, CT.

Responsibilities:

– This is a non-supervisory position.
– The Assembly Associate is accountable for the safety, quality, and efficiency of their work.
– The Assembly Associate reports directly to the Production Supervisor.

Desired Background/Skills:

– Ability to accept direction and feedback from Supervisors, Management Team, and Executive Team and follow through appropriately
– Ability to adjust to major changes in work tasks or environment
– Ability to maintain a positive attitude
– Ability to effectively communicate in English verbally and in writing with coworkers
– Ability to read and understand Work Instructions

Other Information:

Shift Details: Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm
Pay rate: $15.69 per hour
