**Job Title: Production Worker**
**Job Description**
We are currently hiring production workers across all shifts and multiple departments. This role offers significant room for advancement, comprehensive training, and excellent benefits starting from day one.
**Responsibilities**
+ Collaborate with team members in a physical role that involves lifting up to 40 pounds, standing, kneeling, and crouching throughout the entire shift.
+ Read and utilize a tape measurer, use tools, and demonstrate mechanical aptitude.
+ Assist the operator with quality checks, monitor production, and ensure KPIs are met.
+ Work off of a bill of materials, assembly drawings, or verbal instructions.
+ Use a computer to make adjustments to pressures, dimensions, and cut sizes.
+ Perform inspections on products to ensure quality standards are met.
+ Lay out final product and perform final assembly.
+ Use hand tools, work off blueprints, and manufacture products based on work orders.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety regulations.
+ Meet daily production goals.
**Essential Skills**
+ One year of machine operating experience
+ Experience using hand and power tools
+ Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting
+ Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Trade school experience
+ Automotive experience
+ Assembly experience
+ Blueprint reading

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $21.70 - $27.20/hr.
