What you will enjoy doing Assembly of new moulds according to specifications & drawings Refurbishment of existing moulds Active support to solve mould & product problems Recording all the process parameters & mould checking aspects (Water Flow, HRS temp etc.) Ensure 5S in assembly area. Tracking all the deviations after mold trial & final mould inspection & mould troubleshooting during the trials Mould commissioning at customer site and troubleshooting at customer end as in when required Witnessing long trial. Conducting mould spare part trials Mould history tracking of delivered moulds and reporting. Mould life monitoring (in co-ordination with respective customer) Preparing mold operational and mould maintenance manual and training the same to the customer related team and sign off. Tracking every ECN/modification & completion before each trial and report to manager in case of any deviation. Checking the mould as per the mold checklist before dispatching the mould and report to manager Completing the mould within the timeline with Respect to QCD. What makes you great Strong leadership skills Able to work under pressure 6-7 years' experience in Mould Assembly Department Good Communication & Documentation skill.
