**Job Title: Assembly Technician**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated Assembly Technician to perform mechanical assembly on small parts for conveyor systems. The role involves using small hand and power tools to assemble the conveyor systems, including assembling frames and rollers based on blueprints and work instructions. Supervisors will provide initial guidance, after which you will work independently following work orders. Additionally, some responsibilities include sub-assembly tasks such as gathering and organizing parts to optimize the assembly process. This position requires lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform mechanical assembly on small parts for conveyor systems.
+ Use small hand and power tools for assembly tasks.
+ Assemble frames and rollers following blueprints and work instructions.
+ Work independently after initial guidance from supervisors.
+ Conduct sub-assembly tasks including gathering and organizing parts.
+ Ensure efficient and effective assembly processes.
+ Lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
**Essential Skills**
+ 2+ years of Mechanical Assembly experience.
+ 1+ year of experience using hand and power tools.
+ Ability to read tape measures and schematics.
+ Proficiency in using drills, tools, and performing motor repairs.
+ Experience with blueprint reading and interpretation.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ General labor experience.
+ Production experience.

**Work Environment**
This role is based in a clean and very organized production/warehouse setting. The work schedule is as follows: 1st shift runs from 6am to 4:30pm Tuesday through Friday, with occasional work on Mondays and Saturdays as needed. 2nd shift operates from 4:30pm to 3am Monday through Thursday, with an additional 10-hour shift on Fridays when necessary
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00

**Workplace Type**
