As an Assembly Inspector, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest quality standards for our aircraft cargo system components. Utilizing handheld metrology tools and visual inspection techniques, you'll ensure every part meets our exacting specifications. In addition to hands-on inspections, you will: + Conduct First Article Inspections (FAI) to verify new product compliance with rigorous standards. + Approve products for production or document non-conformances within SAP to ensure traceability and corrective actions. + Collaborate on non-conformance investigations, driving root cause and corrective action (RCCA) efforts for continuous improvement. + Perform internal audits to uphold and improve quality processes. + Partner with Quality Engineering on problem-solving initiatives, statistical analysis, and calibration efforts, contributing to data-driven decision-making Bring your attention to detail and passion for quality to a team dedicated to shaping the future of aerospace innovation!
