**Job Title: Assembly Lead** **Job Description** We are seeking an Assembly Lead with 1-4 years of lead assembly experience in an electronic or mechanical manufacturing environment. This position is a 6-month contract to hire, based in our Plano, TX facility. The role requires a full-time commitment on the first shift (Monday-Friday, 7a-3:30p) with a starting hourly rate of $20-21/hr and potential pay increases based on performance. Overtime and weekend work may be required without advance notice. Responsibilities include reading and understanding assembly drawings, assembling/building mail automation equipment, and using both hand and power tools.
