**Job Title: Assembly Lead** **Responsibilities** + Manage and oversee the activities of the assembly and packaging teams. + Ensure that all assembly and packing processes meet quality standards and specifications. + Conduct regular inspections and implement corrective actions as needed. + Develop and implement production schedules to meet deadlines. + Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow. + Train new employees on assembly and packaging procedures, safety protocols, and equipment use. + Provide ongoing training and support to existing staff. + Monitor and manage inventory levels of packaging materials and assembly components. + Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. + Conduct safety audits and implement safety improvements. + Prepare and maintain reports on production, quality, and safety metrics. + Provide regular updates to management. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
