Job Description

Candidates will work in the core assembly area, leading a team of 5-10 individuals to perform assemblies. They are responsible for tracking production times and maintaining the flow of operations. Although they will not handle hiring or firing, they will work closely with the supervisor and manager to ensure the team meets IEA expectations.

Work Environment

The position is based in an assembly and fabrication shop. The facility is clean and organized but is not temperature-controlled, which means it can get hot during the summer. The position reports to the Assembly Supervisor. The company is currently pushing for new business in radiators for data centers, highlighting future business opportunities.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00
