Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Lead, train, and supervise assembly and dispatch teams, ensuring that all staff are motivated, well-informed, and working efficiently. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
- Assembly Oversight: Monitor and manage the assembly process to ensure that all cabinet products are assembled according to specifications and quality standards. Implement and enforce best practices and standard operating procedures.
- Dispatch Coordination: Oversee the dispatch process, ensuring that all products are accurately packaged, labeled, and shipped on time. Coordinate with logistics and shipping partners to optimize delivery schedules and routes.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet the company???s quality standards before they leave the facility. Address and resolve any issues related to product defects or discrepancies.
- Workflow Optimization: Continuously assess and improve assembly and dispatch workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity. Implement process improvements and cost-saving measures where possible.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all safety protocols and regulatory requirements are adhered to in both assembly and dispatch areas. Conduct regular safety audits and provide training as needed.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels of assembly materials and packaging supplies, ensuring that stock is maintained at appropriate levels to support production and dispatch needs.
- Customer Service: Address any customer concerns or issues related to assembly or dispatch, working to resolve them promptly and professionally.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Skills:
- Familiarity with blueprints/schematics
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or assembly management role, preferably in the cabinet or furniture industry.
- Strong knowledge of assembly processes, quality control, and dispatch logistics.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using manufacturing and dispatch software systems.
