Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for an Assembly Operator in Everett, WA. This is a 6-9 month temp assignment with potential for extension. As an Assembly Operator on the Pressure Calibration team, you will be disassembling and reassembling various pressure calibration devices using hand tools, power tools, jigs, fixtures, and miscellaneous equipment according to client specifications. **Responsibilities:** • Prepare, assemble, rework, and test product at various stages of assembly from subassemblies to final build. • Work from drawings, method sheet diagrams, or other specifications in accordance with established assembly procedures, processes, and standard work. • Expected to participate in continuous improvement processes. **Qualifications:** • 1+ Years experience in an assembly field (2+ Years preferred) • Accurately follow work instructions as well as interpret technical drawings and manuals • Maintain a high level of quality control- examine products for flaws and variations according to standards • Keep clear data records of build specifications, test results and daily performance • Monitor project work and meet deadlines • Maintain/communicate inventory to buyer planners • Work as a team member and foster a cooperative team environment • Able to stand/walk for up to 8 hours per day • Able to lift 30-40 pounds regularly throughout your shift • Work as a team member and foster a cooperative team environment • Comfortable with hand tools **Position Details** Pay • $20.00 - $23.00/hour, DOE Schedule • Monday - Friday, 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM **Pay Details:** $20.00 to $23.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
