Spherion Mid Ohio in partnership with a well-established industry leader in Dundee, OH is looking for qualified, highly motivated assembly operators to join the team.

Available Shifts: ... Monday-Thursday
1st shift: 5:30am – 4:00pm
2nd shift: 4:00pm – 3:30am
*Overtime as needed

Pay Rate:
1st shift - $18.00 /hr.
2nd shift - $19.00 /hr.

Brightly lit, clean, organized, and team-oriented environment with advancement opportunities and plenty of room to grow within the company.

Job Description:

Assemble product to specifications according to blueprints, drawings, and work orders Use of power and hand tools required Use of tape measure is required Ability to meet production standards Must be comfortable standing for a 10-hour shift. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. regularly; 30 lbs. frequently.

Requirements:

1-3 months assembly related experience Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure Frequent bending, pushing/pulling, reaching, and, periodically, lifting up to 50 pounds Regularly lifting up to 35 pounds

Successful candidates will have good attendance, great eye-hand coordination, and great dependability.
