**Hiring Prep Technicians** Pay: $18/hr to $20/hr Shift: 5am/6am start time Location: South Phoenix/Near Airport **Job Description** Join our team as an Assembly Technician where you will play a crucial role in vehicle disassembly using basic tools. Your responsibilities will include preparing sub-assemblies and vehicles for further installations based on the Vehicle Build Sheet. You will be involved in assembling various products such as window bars, TLO boxes, push-bumpers, and prisoner door panels under the guidance of the Lead Prep Tech. **Hard Skills** + Use of power tools + Ability to follow work instructions and build prints + Vehicle disassembly **Soft Skills** + Attention to detail + Ability to work in a team + Professional presentation **Job Type** This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s). **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in PHOENIX, Arizona. I-10 & 32nd St **Work Environment** You'll be part of a small, close-knit team of 15 in a leading emergency vehicle upfitter specializing in custom outfitting of various service vehicles. Expect a day shift starting at 5AM or 6AM, with potential overtime during our busy season from November to June, including some Saturdays.
