Job Title: Assembly Process Engineer
Job Description

This individual will define the process for the assembly of products, creating and modifying work instructions, creating process steps, developing and creating process drawings, and creating any quality instruction requirements. The role also involves establishing line layouts and station workflow, determining tooling and fixture requirements, and providing technical manufacturing support throughout the organization.

ResponsibilitiesDefine and optimize assembly processes for products.Create and modify work instructions and process steps.Develop and create process drawings and quality instruction requirements.Establish line layouts and station workflow.Determine tooling and fixture requirements.Provide technical manufacturing support throughout the organization.Essential SkillsExperience with ERP systems, BOM, routing, and work instructions.Proficiency in SolidWorks and time studies.Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Experience with SolidWorks/Pro-E/CAD.Degree in a technical field such as mechanical, manufacturing, or industrial engineering or related.2+ years of experience in mechanical assembly.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in developing process drawings.Ability to establish efficient line layouts and workflows.Proficiency in determining tooling and fixture requirements.Work Environment

The work environment includes medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, and life insurance starting the first of the month after the date of hire. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $43.27
