Danfoss Power Solutions, a.s., Považská Bystrica, Industrial division, is looking for a new member to its Operations team, who will support the start-up and establishment of the assembly and testing processes and play important role in the future growth.

Job ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Define the complete process of products and systems assembly and end of the line testing Design and implementation of the new assembly line and EOL with details related to components, Poke Yoke, tact time, safety, test plan etc. Data preparation and management in MES, SAP and other internal systems PLC interface programming for the assembly line and EOL test stand Design and develop shopfloor layout and process organisation to optimise efficiency and eliminate waste Support development engineers with implementation of the advanced engineering techniques such as Design for Assembly etc. Assembly and EOL testing procedures establishment and maintenance; introduction of new products to the systems (SOPs...) Creation and maintenance of process documentation (process flow, PFMEA, control plans etc.) Maintenance of the technical documentation for the assembly line and EOL test stand Operators training Process capability control and improvement Serve as a resource for cause / effect analyses, investigations, statistical studies, and corrective actions planning and implementation Background & SkillsAt Danfoss, we believe that a diverse and inclusive workplace fosters creativity, innovation, and a broader perspective in decision-making. Bachelor or above in Engineering, Mechanical, Automation & Hydraulic related background Experience in industrial automation and PLC programming Knowledge of hydraulic systems Experience in assembly processes principles and assembly lines balancing is an advantage Knowledge of working with SAP and PLM systems is an advantage Ability to apply creative approaches and ideas to solve problems, maximising the effective use of appropriate resources Very good communication skills in Slovak & English Employee BenefitsWe are excited to offer you the following benefits with your employment:
