**Job Title: Fusion Technician (Open Ended Project)** **Job Description** We are seeking a team of dedicated individuals to assist in the fabrication and installation of cable assemblies for a meaningful clean energy initiative. This is a unique 12-week opportunity to make a significant contribution to the field. **Responsibilities** + Operate various equipment and tools while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized workspace. + Perform quality checks to ensure all assemblies meet required standards. + Read and follow technical instructions and drawings accurately. + Work 40 hours per week with shifts from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday to Friday. **Pay** + $24 - $26.40/hr **Essential Skills** + 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred. + Proficiency with torque wrenches is highly preferred (required for weekend shifts). + Demonstrated attention to detail. + Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately. + Physical capability to stand, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds for prolonged periods. + Skilled in using measuring and hand tools. + Strong focus on attitude and willingness to improve. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with electronic assembly, crimping, cable, blueprint, mechanical assembly, and cable assembly. **Why Work Here?** We offer comprehensive benefits, including 100% premium coverage for employees and 60% for dependents. The facility has strict security measures due to the high sensitivity of the startup. Shifts are available Monday to Friday from 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm or Monday to Thursday from 3:00 pm to 1:30 am. Bunny suits and gloves are required when working in the cleanroom. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Everett, Washington. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.40/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
