Job Title: Assembly Technician

Job Description

You will be utilizing hand and power tools to assemble parts and sub-assemblies according to customer specifications.

ResponsibilitiesUse hand and power tools, including drills, hammers, screwdrivers, and wrenches, to assemble parts and sub-assemblies.Follow blueprints and schematics to ensure precise assembly.Measure and cut materials accurately using a tape measure.Perform mechanical assembly tasks efficiently and accurately.Maintain a clean and organized workspace.Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.Essential SkillsExperience with hand and power tools, including drills, hammers, screwdrivers, and wrenches.Ability to lift 40+ pounds.Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics.Experience in mechanical assembly (2+ years preferred).Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately.Additional Skills & Qualifications1+ year of experience with hand/power tools.Attention to detail and precision.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The work environment consists of a clean and very organized production/warehouse setting. The position operates on the 1st shift, with hours from 6am to 4:30pm, Monday through Thursday. Additional hours may be required on Fridays and Saturdays as necessary, with an expectation to work a 50-hour week.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Chester, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00
