setting up and operating all equipment in the department assembling and disassembling equipmentpracticing strict sanitation and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) to ensure food safe products are being manufacturedgathering, prepping, and weighing raw materials calculating daily production needs forecasting inventory of raw materialsproviding timely and accurate communication to other support areas concerning production needsaccurately completing all paperwork required by the position andother duties as assigned.
