We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Assembly Team Operator to join a growing manufacturing team. In this temp to perm role, you will be responsible for the operation of equipment, product segregation, quality inspection, and manual product assembly. You will play a key role in ensuring product quality and compliance with industry standards.
Knowledge & Skills:Strong verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in the use of computers.Adequate fine motor hand coordination.Sound judgment for product disposition decisions.Minimum Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED required.Less than 1 year of experience; manufacturing background preferred.Ability to pass preemployment screeningsResponsibilities:Operate equipment and conduct product inspections as required.Segregate and dispose of products based on inspection results.Execute manual assembly and rework tasks as needed.Identify and prevent nonconformances in products and processes, documenting as necessary.Scan products into the MRP system and perform testing; create traceability labels.Recommend solutions for quality or safety concerns through appropriate channels.Ensure compliance with company policies, FDA regulations, GMP, and ISO requirements.Your New Organization: Join a team that values its employees, and provides competitive compensation.
