This role requires a blend of mechanical, electrical, and automation expertise to support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain seamless production processes.ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot, repair, and maintain automated and semi-automated equipment, including sensors, controllers, encoders, and servomotors.Perform machine setup, changeovers, and adjustments to ensure operational efficiency.Conduct preventive maintenance tasks and documentation.Support warehouse inventory processes, including ordering components and pulling tooling for changeovers.Qualifications and RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED required; technical school background preferred.Up to 3 years of manufacturing experience, preferably with automated or semi-automated equipment.Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical systems and motor controls.Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and push/pull up to 80 lbs.Benefits and PerksPay Rate: $29.00 per hour Medical Benefits: Eligible for dental, vision, and health insuranceTraining & Growth: Opportunities to learn new skills and advance within the companyYour New OrganizationJoin a reputable company in Southington, CT, dedicated to innovation and operational excellence. The base salary range for this position is $29.00 an hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
