Assembly Tech

Summary: Seeking an Assembly Tech with experience in soldering and cable assembly for maintaining a safe, clean working environment and performing inspections and tests.

Job Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

1 year of RF related and/or mechanical assembly experience (preferred)

Basic math skills

Ability to work with hand tools and semi-automated tools/fixtures

Ability to work from product drawings, written and verbal instructions

Strong computer skills for specific programs and documentation access

Strong documentation and record keeping skills

Ability to lift 50 pounds

Ability to work with electrical and mechanical test/inspection equipment

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Google Workspace, BambooHR, Paycom & ADP, AwardCo

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain a safe, clean working environment in compliance with policies/procedures

Record/document all assembly-related inspection/test results, materials/parts in accordance with specifications/procedures

Perform in-process inspections/tests such as workmanship, dimensional/interface gauging per specifications

Set up/operate equipment/tools/fixtures to cut/prep/trim cable per specifications

Assemble connectors, labels, associated parts to form complete cable assembly per specifications

Support QA functions in performing root cause analysis



Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
