Job Purpose: Assemble and inspect assemblies using soldering and epoxy processes according to required work instructions and specification, in a Clean room Environment. Nature of Duties/Responsibilities: Perform epoxy and die eutectic attachment Perform epoxy and substrate eutectic attachment. Perform ribbon and wire bonding processes on a variety of machines Perform mechanical assembly utilizing hand tools and equipment Education and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent (2 year Technical Degree preferred) 5 to 7 years of assembly experience using a microscope (having both Hi Mag + Low Mag experience preferred) SMT automated tooling experience a plus J-STD-001 experience a plus  Read, understand and interpret drawing specifications and follow established procedures to assemble products.  Working under a microscope for 6 to 8 hours a day assembling microelectronics in a clean room environment. Actual base pay within this range (determined at the offer stage) will be based on a candidate's years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills, and is just one element of our total rewards package.  The total rewards package also includes a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business and, depending on the role, may include eligibility for restricted stock unit awards and participation in a discretionary bonus program.
