**Assembly Technician** **Paying $20 / HR** **Location: Milwaukie, OR** **Responsibilities:** + Accurately work through detailed, systematic written instructions. + Operate pneumatic and hand-held riveters. + Mix and apply adhesives to the manufacturer’s specs. + Operate a drill press. + Ability to use various hand tools. + Ability to work in other work stations within the production department. + Understand and follow all documented processes in Quality Management System. + Accurately record job status and hours within the ERP system. **Qualifications:** + Ability to work through detailed written instructions. + Entry-level blueprints reading. + Good hand-eye coordination. + Strong mechanical problem-solving abilities. **Environment / Shift:** + Clean, organized, lean manufacturing aerospace manufacturer. + Areas include the machine shop and assembly. + Fragrance-free work environment - no perfumes, colognes, or scented lotions. + Light to moderate scented deodorant is okay. + Day Shift: 5:00am-3:30pm, Monday to Thursday. **Employee Value Proposition:** + Full benefits package including medical, dental, and retirement.
