Donaldson Assembly Technicians are responsible for the fabrication of aerospace and defense filtration components and must efficiently perform these tasks while keeping accurate records and following company/regulatory procedures.  The selected candidate will have technical and mechanical skills to conduct close tolerance hole drilling, countersinking, fastener installation, rivet installation, trimming, and assembly.  Additionally, they must be able to use (or learn to use) micrometers, rulers, and calipers to conduct in-process inspections.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Assembly of engine air filtration systems for rotorcraftEnsure compliant manufacture and workmanship of assemblies, as defined by engineering data and plant proceduresWork with and around a variety of chemicals and follow all standards regarding PPEInterpret engineering drawings, work instructions, and other documents to ensure proper build completionEffectively document job completion paperworkAccurately and efficiently manage records and timekeeping.Other duties as required

Qualification Requirements:

Education/Training:

High school degree or equivalentFAA Airframe & Powerplant license a plus, but not requiredMilitary experience is a plus

Desirable Attributes:

Positive AttitudeMust be a team player with strong communications skills and attention to detailAvailability to work overtime as necessaryFamiliarity with drawings, specifications, and work instructions a plus
