Onin Staffing is seeking an Assembler to work in Geismar, LA. You will be responsible for accurately assembling inner and outer gaskets and rings based on work orders and part specifications. This role involves measuring and ensuring the proper fit of materials, as well as maintaining supplies to avoid production delays. The Assembler follows detailed instructions for assembly and welding, reports any defects or operating issues to a supervisor, and obtains approval for the first piece before completing orders. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a clean and safe work area, closing work orders in the MFG Pro software, and performing any other tasks assigned by the supervisor. The position requires the ability to read and interpret technical documents and perform basic mathematical calculations. A high school diploma or GED, or a combination of related experience and training, is required for the role. Temp to hire position.
- Pay rate $15/hr $2 raise when hired on through the company.
