**Job Title: Assembly Technician** **Job Description** This position is based in a shop that builds high-quality, custom-engineered industrial control panels in a fast-paced, Lean manufacturing environment. You will be working in a dynamic team serving a variety of industries, including packaging, pharmaceutical, and water/wastewater plants. **Responsibilities** + Wire control panels on a daily basis using blueprints and ladder diagrams. + Gather necessary wires and supplies for each project. + Complete panels with the required amount of supplies according to specific wiring and assembly instructions. + Assist in the fabrication of electrical cabinets. + Use various hand tools and power tools for assembly and installation tasks. + Verify that all pieces fit according to the provided diagrams and make adjustments as needed. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and ladder diagrams. + Experience with hand tools and power tools. + Ability to follow specific wiring and assembly instructions. + Attention to detail and precision in wiring and assembly tasks. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ranken, ITT Electrical/Electronic Associates Degree preferred. + Control Panel wiring experience preferred. + Open to entry-level candidates with relevant knowledge from school. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a collaborative work environment with opportunities to work on custom-engineered projects for diverse industries.
