Assembly Technician
**Job Title: Quality Inspector** We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our team. The Quality Inspector will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. This role involves close collaboration with production team members to identify and rectify quality issues, maintaining detailed records, and recommending improvements to production processes. **Key Responsibilities:** + Communicate with production team members about quality issues. + Keep detailed records of quality and imperfect products. + Report repeated issues to supervisors and other departments, collaborating to identify and rectify problems. + Monitor production processes to understand problematic steps and correct flaws. + Recommend changes to assembly and production lines based on repeated issues with products. + Write detailed reports and professionally worded emails to communicate issues. **Qualifications:** + High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications in quality control or related fields is a plus. + Proven experience as a Quality Inspector or in a similar role. + Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. + Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. + Proficiency in using quality inspection tools and software. This position is within a growing semiconductor manufacturing company. The work schedule is 1st Shift, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. The role requires adherence to safety regulations and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
