Job Description
We are seeking two Assembly Technicians, one for the 1st shift and one for the 2nd shift, to join our team in Eldridge, IA. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling different types of assault rifles and other firearms according to customer orders, using hand and power tools daily. This role requires close attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to support production needs.
ResponsibilitiesPerform assembly operations as per prescribed orders.Use hand and power tools on a daily basis.Pay close attention to detail to ensure quality.Read and interpret production drawings.Conduct inventory counts, inspections, and general labor tasks.Produce quality parts by following company procedures and policies.Meet time standards established for all assigned production tasks.Ensure adequate control, protection, and use of company assets.Lift up to 75+ lbs. on occasion.Essential SkillsProficiency with hand tools and power tools.Good written and verbal communication skills.Ability to read and interpret production drawings.Strong attention to detail.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with hand and power tools is a plus but not mandatory.Experience in inventory count and inspection.General labor experience.Why Work Here?

We offer a $1.50 shift differential for 2nd shift and minimal overtime, ensuring 40 consistent hours each week.
Work Environment
The facility is well-lit, very clean, and updated, having moved to the Eldridge location in the last 15 years. You will frequently be exposed to fumes or airborne particles and will work near moving mechanical parts, with occasional loud noise levels. The environment is family-like, and you will have the opportunity to sit down at your station to assemble parts.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.50
