We are seeking two small parts assemblers to join our team in Londonderry, NH. Our facility specializes in precision metal forming and works with clients in various industries, creating magnetic shielding for electronic devices. Our small parts team focuses on aerospace and medical device clients.
ResponsibilitiesPerform repetitive tasks at a seated work station.Use basic hand tools, metal crimpers, and some spot welding to create small cylindrical and rectangular metal pieces.Insert small metal pieces into customer equipment to create magnetic shields.Ensure attention to detail and maintain great hand/eye coordination.Conduct inspections of assembled parts.Essential SkillsExperience in production and assembly.Proficiency in using basic hand tools.Mechanical assembly skills.Strong hand/eye coordination.Comfortability working with small parts in volume.Additional Skills & QualificationsIntermediate-level candidate preferred.Willingness to learn and grow in the role.Good communication skills.Team player attitude.Punctuality and good attendance are highly valued.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work environment is a manufacturing plant with approximately 50 employees, including office, design, and engineering staff. The plant is divided into two areas: small assembly/receiving and machining/shipping. Small assembly work stations are all seated and the area remains quiet throughout the day with minimal foot traffic.
SHIFT: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00
