Onin Staffing is seeking motivated Assembly Technicians for a great opportunity in Spartanburg, SC!

About the Role:

As an Assembly Technician, you will play a key role in assembling industrial HVAC units in a manufacturing environment. You'll work in a dynamic environment, utilizing both power and hand tools to follow blueprints and diagrams for product assembly. This role involves brazing copper and light metals, wiring units according to diagrams, completing testing, filling units with specific materials, and performing final testing and quality inspections. You will also be responsible for packaging units for shipping. Experience operating powered industrial trucks is a plus!

What We Offer:

Competitive Pay: $18 - $24 per hour, based on experience.Entry-level candidates with mechanical inclination and experience in shop, carpentry, or electrical classes can start at $18 per hour.Experienced technicians with 2-3 years of HVAC experience can earn up to $24 per hour.Work Schedule: 4 Ten-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday, from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm. Work Experience

Qualifications:

Mechanical inclination is a must.Experience in shop, carpentry, or electrical classes is a plus for entry-level candidates.Technician experience is a plus for higher pay rates.Ability to follow blueprints and diagrams.Experience with power tools and hand tools.Ability to braze copper and light metals.Ability to follow wiring diagrams.Ability to complete testing and fill units.Ability to perform final testing and quality inspections.Ability to package units for shipping.Experience operating powered industrial trucks is a plus.
