Summary: Seeking an Equipment Assembly Technician with experience in dismantling, rebuilding, and assembling machinery for testing and demonstration purposes.

Requirements:

Completion of accredited apprenticeship training or three years of technical training beyond high school 3-5 years of experience as an assembly technician on similar equipment (e.g., mixing, conveyors) Ability to pass a drug and background check

Responsibilities:

Dismantle, rebuild, adjust, clean, inspect, repair, paint, and assemble equipment Perform electrical hookups and adapt equipment for tests Read and interpret blueprints; disassemble machinery using hand/power tools Fit and lay out mating parts; locate and mark parts for machining Replace defective parts; reassemble machinery Adjust control devices according to specifications Operate test machinery; record data as directed Conduct routine evaluations of sample materials Modify components to ensure successful demonstrations

Pay Details: $22.00 to $30.00 per hour
