Elwood Staffing is partnering with Vestas (Brighton) to hire Production Team Members who play a crucial role in the assembly of Nacelles.

Direct Hire position$21.25 to $30.00 /hourFull Time work availableSecond Shift (Monday through Thursday from 05:00pm to 03:30am)Direct Hire position $24.25-$30.00/hrFull-Time work available Second Shift (Monday through Thursday from 5pm-330am)Efficiently assemble components utilizing both hand and power tools.Operate manufacturing equipment with a focus on safety and efficiency.Adhere to Process Work Instructions and manual production processes, ensuring parts fit and are assembled correctly, including but not limited to bolts, screws, shafts, and bearings.Achieve production standards for various tasks within the allotted time frame.Handle materials by lifting, positioning, and/or removing them from the work area as needed.Manage materials using a bridge crane for loading, stacking, and transportation purposes.Interpret schematics to accurately assemble machine components.Collaborate with fellow assemblers to construct the final product.Test and inspect components to ensure they meet our standardsAssembly Technician / Service Technician Qualifications:
Strong mechanical aptitudeA minimum of 2 years of Machinery, Skilled Trades, or Manufacturing experienceExperience working with large machinery Familiarity with standard power and hand toolsMechanical Aptitude Ability to read and follow written instructions in EnglishOur commitment to you: Real People.
