An Assembly Traub Operator Labor Grade 7 must be able to run a minimum of three Traub's at 463
pieces per hour. A Traub operator must
be able to use a comparator and torque tester. This position requires that the operator input measurements into the SPC
system, and that they fill out a production log either electronically or
manually on paper. Operator must be
mechanically inclined and efficient at what they do. The Traub position requires good
communication skills in English, excellent workmanship and teamwork.

The Assembly Traub Operator position is a key and integral part of the manufacturing process. It requires a self-driven individual with exceptional knowledge of the components, and how they work. Operators will use various tools including measuring tools to perform their day-to-day functions. At times the Operator may be required to lift up to 50 pounds. They will be working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment that is loud. Depending on the season, the factory could be very hot and or very cold. They are required to use proper personal protective equipment at all times when inside the factory. The Traub Operator must be able to fill in documentation correctly and accurately. They must be able to read blueprints. Operators will need to be able to distinguish a conforming part from a non-conforming part. The employee must pose a high level of integrity and must understand that they are manufacturing critical components for the Aerospace industry. Therefore, all company rules and regulation as determined by Management are always to be followed and observed without exception. All direction given by leaders and by Management are to be followed without exception.
