Volt is immediately hiring a Assembly/Warehouse Associates for a logistics company in Otay Mesa Ca.

\r\n\r\n

As a Assembly/Warehouse Associate you will:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tAssemble small electronic products by hand using screw drivers and following written instructions\r\n\tMount electronic products to display boards following schematic\r\n\tAttach cables/wires to display boards by color (Example: Blue wire to blue cable)\r\n\tAfter mounting process, connect and test the electronic product works properly \r\n\tPlace labels on the display board in an organized manner\r\n\tInspect products for defects and damages\r\n\tAssist in packaging of display boards once finished and tested\r\n\tClose boxes neatly, place labels on exterior of the box, and write down codes for tracking\r\n\tInsert any paperwork associated to the product inside the box's\r\n\tPlace box's onto pallets and prepare for shipment\r\n\tAssist with receiving, unload, and place incoming inventory items appropriately base on project \r\n\tKeep warehouse clean and organized daily\r\n\r\n\r\n

This is a Full-Time Project Based Opportunity

\r\n\r\n

The ideal candidate will have experience with:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tUsing small hand tools \r\n\tAble to follow color coding for assembly \r\n\tGood hand and eye coordination\r\n\tAble to follow written and verbal instruction in either English or Spanish \r\n\tAble to place labels neatly\r\n\tMust be comfortable lifting box's\r\n\tMust be able to verify and write down label codes\r\n\tAble to be on their feet for a majority of the shift\r\n\tExperience using Manual Pallet Jacks\r\n\tSkilled at palletizing boxes\r\n\t \r\n\r\n\r\n

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm (Open to Overtime if needed)

\r\n\r\n

Pay Rate: $17 per hour

\r\n\r\n

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
