Job Description

Perform assembly tasks in an industrial manufacturing environment using various hand tools, power tools, and small machinery in a team setting. Assemble components according to Standard Work Documentation, Manufacturing Instructions, and Quality Plans. Responsibilities may include electrical assembly and soldering. Testing bearings by running through thread rolls and using small hand or power tools to assemble actuators for various clients. Ability to lift products up to 30 lbs is required.

Work Environment

Work in a clean, temperature-controlled, and well-lit environment with about 2-3 people in each cell. Training will be provided on the 1st shift for 2nd/3rd shift candidates for two weeks. Standard shifts are 1st shift: 7 am-3:30 pm and 2nd shift: 3:30 pm-12 am. New hires will start on Mondays.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Marengo, Illinois.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
