**Job Title: Assembly Worker** **Job Description** + Candidates in this role will use hand and power tools (torque wrench, screwdrivers, wrenches, etc.) to assist with the assembly and disassembly of larger vehicles. + They will work on hydraulic parts, wire harnesses, and other external components on trucks. + These positions involve mechanical assembly, requiring candidates to be comfortable getting dirty in certain situations, lifting up to 50 pounds when needed, and working safely in a production/shop environment. **Hard Skills** + Experience with hand and power tools (torque wrench, screwdrivers, wrenches, etc.) + Mechanical assembly knowledge + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds **Soft Skills** + Ability to work collaboratively in small teams (2-3 people) + Capability to stay on task independently + Flexibility to work in varying temperature conditions **Pay** + $23/hour **Shift** + 1st Shift 6am-4pm 10 hour shifts with overtime opportunities. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
