**Assembly Worker - Marengo** 1st Shift $17/hr **Job Description** Perform assembly tasks in an industrial manufacturing environment using various hand tools, power tools, and small machinery in a team setting. The role involves assembling according to Standard Work Documentation, Manufacturing Instructions, and Quality Plans in the cell. The ability to sit during assembly tasks is required. Depending on experience, the role may involve electrical assembly and soldering, testing bearings, and using hand or power tools to assemble actuators. **Responsibilities** + Assemble products according to Standard Work Documentation and Manufacturing Instructions + Use various hand tools, power tools, and small machinery + Perform electrical assembly and soldering, if experienced + Test bearings by running them through thread rolls + Assemble actuators for various clients + Lift and handle products weighing 30 lbs or less + Inspect assembled products to ensure quality + Pack finished products for shipment **Essential Skills** + Experience with assembly, manufacturing, and packaging + Proficiency with hand and power tools + Ability to perform inspections and quality checks + Lifting and handling products + Experience with production and general labor tasks + Soldering skills + Ability to use a tape measure + Experience with assembly line work **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a $3/hour shift premium for 2nd shift.
