Wage Scale: $24.60-$34.44
Essential Functions:
Demonstrates thorough understanding of mental illness and provides clinical screening and full behavioral health evaluations of patients and referral to appropriate internal and external resources.Documents clinical services and maintains client medical records in a timely manner as required per policy.Provides face to face and phone crisis management services.Possesses understanding of the range of treatment needs of patients and community resources.Works independently and manages work time and resources effectively.Works effectively under pressure, prioritizing demands from multiple sources professionally.Exemplifies a team concept in behavior and communication.Possesses exceptional oral and written communication skills.Meets productivity standards set by program manager at least 70% of the time.Interacts in a community setting working closely with other professionals and staff who are not part of Lourdes Health.Demonstrates knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the population, culture, and specific needs of the clients served.Qualifications and requirements
Master's degree in social/ behavioral sciences required or BS in nursing (non BSN-registered) Nurse with Psychiatic training acceptable)Must be a Washington Administrative Code (WAC) qualifiedMental Health Professional (i.e. two (2) years’ post-masters direct mental health service experience).Mental Health Specialist (child, geriatric, DD, and/or minority) preferred.Preferred Certification: Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Marriage & Family Therapist or Social Worker preferred.Minimum (2) two years’ of experience working with persons who experience mental illness.Benefits:
