Assessment Specialist
Job Title: Assessment SpecialistJob Description Work with simulations to include technical analyses and assessments to develop recommendations, and maintain system integration labs, facilities, and analysis tools. Conduct M&S activities in support of the analyses, exercises, wargames, and experiments conducted by the Government. Provide instruction, supervision, and guidance on the proper operation and use of simulation models and exercises. Utilize RF modeling and simulation software to manipulate antenna and power models that visualize GPS denial in potentially affected areas. Support live, constructive, or virtual training. Responsibilities + Work with simulations to include technical analyses and assessments to develop recommendations. + Maintain system integration labs, facilities, and analysis tools. + Conduct M&S activities in support of the analyses, exercises, wargames, and experiments conducted by the Government. + Provide instruction, supervision, and guidance on the proper operation and use of simulation models and exercises. + Utilize RF modeling and simulation software to manipulate antenna and power models that visualize GPS denial in potentially affected areas. + Utilize GIANT, GIANT RPM, Builder, Systems Toolkit (STK), or other modeling and simulation programs. + Support live, constructive, or virtual training. Essential Skills + Experience with RF modeling software. + Proficiency with simulation software. + Knowledge of GIANT, GIANT RPM, and Systems Toolkit (STK). + Relevant M&S experience. + Understanding of DoD assessment methodologies. + Understanding of PNT capabilities, technologies, and vulnerabilities. + Current Security Clearance. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, or a related field. + 10 years related experience (7 years for T4 position, 5 years for T3 position).
