Job summary: 

As an Analyst in the Announcement Capture Utility (ACU), you will provide operational support for various internal and external clients around the globe. The ACU team is responsible for identifying, drafting, validating and announcing corporate action events. Announcement information is maintained and updated throughout the lifecycle of the corporate action.  You will partner with multiple JPM lines of business that subscribe to and utilize this information. You will be responsible for reviewing various information sources for corporate action announcements and for building and maintaining a golden record of all events.  The WHEM based AC team is primarily responsible for sourcing and publishing events in the US, Canadian and Latin American markets.

 

Job Responsibilities:

Manage messaging queuesRunning various automation tools to review and build eventsPerforming quality control of the automation tool output and final modification before release to clientIdentify automation solutions to reduce manual work Contribute to publishing various team metrics

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

Bachelor’s Degree or Relevant ExperienceAbility to operate effectively in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines Ability to work closely with business partners and interact with all staff levelsExperience of working in large scale, large volume work areasTechnical knowledge regarding process flow automation toolsStrong oral and written communication and presentation skills including the ability to communicate strategic messages clearly and consistently with the team, making linkages to individual goals and accomplishments
