Overview Asset Control Officer Reporting to Resort Director, Director of Engineering & Managing Director The Asset Control Officer is responsible for performing full asset lifecycle management, including procurement, inventory management, installation, relocation, reassignment, decommissions and disposals. ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY The Asset Control Officer is responsible for reporting full asset lifecycle management, including procurement, inventory management, installation, relocation, reassignment, decommissions and disposals. Delivery of all new assets to be done in accordance to service level guidelines within Hawks Cay Conduct Inventory Audit All Operating assets Manage Assets throughout their lifecycle Prepare purchase orders with Vendors Prepare and submit invoice for approvals to Management Maintaining and updating required inventory levels for goods, products, and materials Conducting quality checks on stored inventory to comply with company standards Processing and documenting returned items Implementing inventory management procedures and processing invoices Performing clerical functions such as answering calls, entering data into computers, and helping customers Monitoring inventory losses and implementing loss-prevention programs Preparing relevant reports for supervisors Ordering inventory from vendors and suppliers Qualifications QC Qualifications Inventory Management Certification Strong organization skills to record details such as barcodes, supplies, damages, and pricing information Ability to work independently and learn on the job Excellent written and verbal communication skills Time management skills Exceptional customer service skills Strong math and critical thinking skills QUALIFICATIONS: • 2 years Accounting Experience • Computer Knowledge • Microsoft excel, word etc… EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, and KNOWLEDGE: • One year experience in Hotel or Hospitality related Finance and Accounting. • Knowledge of Hotel Financial Statements and reconciliation of A and L accounts. • B.S. in Accounting. • Analytical approach to problems with high regard for detail and accuracy • Sound administrative and managerial skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, advanced Excel skills • Command of the English language both written and verbal. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: • Must be very flexible and able to handle multiple tasks.
