Asset Coordinator
 BGIS is currently seeking an Asset Coordinator to join the team in Remote, US.   BGIS is a leading provider of integrated real estate management services, including facilities management, project management, energy & sustainability services, strategic workplace consulting, real estate services and capital planning. The Asset Coordinator monitors the end-user hardware lifecycle management for laptops, desktops, monitors, and accessories world-wide. Key job activities include bulk hardware procurement, order management, operational supplier communications, inbound/outbound logistics, hardware receipt, inventory management, data accuracy, asset reconciliation reports and audits, optimization, inter-company hardware moves, RMA returns, and disposals. The Asset Coordinator demonstrates BGIS values in communications with clients and other team members.

Key Duties and Responsibilities  Review quotes and submit purchase requests in designated system.  Collaborate cross functionally with internal and external teams to verify and confirm details pertaining to asset definition, accuracy of orders, quotes, pricing, and asset tagging requirements.  Track orders of procured hardware to ensure timely delivery to global locations.  Validate asset data provided by vendors and create records in database. Plan and support physical audit projects for data validation.  Analyze database repository to identify and correct inaccurate asset data.  Maintain required inventory levels.  Perform disposal related workflow activities while partnering with IT disposition vendors. Contribute to the completion of other key initiatives as assigned. Knowledge and Skills  Associate Degree in Business, Computer Technology/IT, or related field or equivalent work experience.  Minimum four years of relevant experience in the technology space.  Experience in purchasing, logistics planning and inventory management.  Asset Lifecycle Management or logistics background.  Finance/accounting experience with understanding of accounting categorization.  Excellent verbal and written communication.  Ability to complete work independently and contribute to teamwork efforts.  Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow, SAP, Ariba, Jira, Wiki, Salesforce, Intune/Jamf. Ability to navigate Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)

BGIS is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. BGIS has different pay ranges for different work locations within the United States which allows us to pay team members competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. The applicable base pay range will depend on what ultimately is determined to be the candidate’s primary work location.  

The salary range for this non-exempt position in the US is $30-$35.

A candidate’s salary offer is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, education, certifications, licenses, and location.
